General Information about the Level

"Essential Coaching" is the first Level (Diploma) of the Conscious Coaching program developed by Dr Khaled ElSherbini, which consists of three Levels (Diplomas):

The Program is in Arabic.

Starting Date: August 26th, 2024

Duration of the course: the course will last for 12 live Online sessions led by Dr Khaled ElSherbini.

Live Sessions (60 hours):
Every Monday and Thursday 
From 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm Cairo Time

Homework (21 hours):
Expect to dedicate approx. 21 hours for homework, individual and group projects, and training sessions.

Self Study (15 hours):
In addition to the live sessions and homework, at least 15 hours of self-study are expected.

Dr. Khaled Elsherbini

Trainer and the author of the program 

Dr. Khaled ElSherbini is the founder and chairman of “Enneagram Egypt,” the first and largest IEA-accredited Enneagram school in North Africa and the Middle East. He is also the founder of The Consciousness Academy, which focuses on human development and spiritual transformation. 

Dr. ElSherbini is an IEA Accredited Enneagram Professional and the founder of the three IEA Accredited Training programs provided by Enneagram Egypt. 

He is also a Spiral Dynamics Integral accredited professional by the SDi founder Don Beck through ValueMatch. 

Dr. ElSherbini is a PCC ICF-accredited coach with over 1000 hours of coaching practice.

Dr. Khaled ElSherbini is one of the most experienced Enneagram trainers in the Middle East. Beginning to teach the Enneagram in 2016, he has to date run over 60 Enneagram Practitioner Certification Courses and a large number of workshops and stand-alone training.

Thanks to his work, the Enneagram has been studied by thousands of people who today successfully apply this knowledge in self-development, coaching, and business. It was from Dr. Khaled that many Enneagram trainers who work today in Egypt, Germany, USA, Emirates, Singapour, Kuwait, Lebanon, Canada, Italy, South Africa, Saudi Arabia, and Bahrain received their knowledge.

Mai Ashour

Mai Ashour is a certified Integral Enneagram Practitioner and Enneagram Teacher, and an esteemed life coach, PCC ICF, counting an extensive background with over 2,000 hours of coaching experience. 

As an expert Enneagram teacher and trainer, Mai is further enhancing her qualifications by pursuing a Master's degree in Psychology from Liverpool John-Moores University in England. Her professional repertoire extends beyond coaching; she is a highly regarded mindset coach, a trusted consultant, and an accomplished content creator.

Mai's influence spans globally, playing a crucial role in the training of coaches at renowned institutions like Consciousness Academy and the Enneagram Academy Singapore. Additionally, Mai holds a prestigious certification in addiction recovery coaching, underscoring her dedication to comprehensive wellness and personal development.


Noha Ismail Talaat

Noha Ismail Talaat is a professional teacher and trainer at The Consciousness Academy. She is a PCC life coach specializing in Parenting and relationships from the ICF. In addition, she is an IEA Accredited Professional.

Noha was inspired by life experiences and mysteries to enrich her life with self-development studies. Therefore, she delved into Health, Psychology, and other studies to help herself and others discover essential answers people need to find happiness and move forward. 

Noha is very passionate about conscious coaching as it links to numerous aspects of self-awareness. Feeling the effect of it on her own life and many families - she takes it as a life mission. 

Noha has a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering from the American University in Cairo in 1996.


Nataliia Bolshakova (Assistant)

Ms. Nataliia cofounded The Consciousness Academy and its Enneagram school "Enneagram Egypt", the internationally accredited Enneagram school for psychological and spiritual development and awakening, in 2015. She holds the President of Enneagram Egypt title and works as both a methodologist and a psychologist for the school. 

Ms. Nataliia is an IEA accredited Professional and a PCC coach from ICF.

In addition, Ms. Bolshakova is the author, and the teacher of an IEA accredited psychological Program devoted to raising self-awareness in teenagers – “Enneagram for Teenagers,” and the director of the Enneagram Applications project where graduates of the school apply Enneagram knowledge to different spheres of life, including: 

-  Enneagram for Teenagers and Preteens

-  Enneagram Egypt School Project (EESP)

-  Group Coaching with the Enneagram

-  Architectural Enneagram Initiative

In early 2019 Ms. Bolshakova and her colleague initiated and launched the Enneagram Egypt School Project, an IEA Accredited Program in 2021.  The main goal is to educate and spread awareness among school teachers, students, and parents.
